Facial Gua Sha Massage 8 C.E. Certification Training

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

Students will learn the practice of gua sha facial massage with deep body cleansing via the lymphatic system. Students will learn the history of gua sha, specific tools, gua sha massage techniques, plus hands-on practice.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

1. Students will identify the history of gua sha.
2. Students will identify different gua sha tools.
3. Students will identify the facial muscles and facial lymph nodes.
4. Students will demonstrate proper gua sha facial techniques.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

1. Students will demonstrate proficiency in the human facial reflective Zone through our JZ Chart of Facial Reflective Zone through a review of the Facial anatomy.
2. Students will understand the Facial lymph system with Facial Gua Sha.
3. Students will demonstrate Facial Gua Sha Techniques.
4. Students will be able to use Gua Sha techniques to address and help tension headaches.
5. Students will be able to use techniques like gua sha to help insomnia.
6. Students will be able to use facial Gua Sha techniques to help trigeminal neuralgia.
